Women’s Only Circuit Station

This program provides a trainer supervised 30 minute workout with weights and cardio. It includes monitoring and tracking of body measurements, body fat and weight and an on-site nutritionist (once a month) to answer any questions. Sign up any time by calling 440-580-3260.

Hours: M-F, 6am-4pm        Saturday, 10:30am-close       Sunday, 9am-close

Assessments

One of our personal trainers will measure and assess your resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, waist to hip ratio, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.  This also includes a brief overview of cardio machines, Target Heart Rate, and the significance of using it.
