Be sure to view our other pages frequently for current information about your City Council. ************************************************ The legislative powers of the municipality, except as otherwise provided by the Charter of the City of Strongsville and the Constitution of the State of Ohio, shall be vested in a Council of seven (7) members; four (4) members to be elected, one (1) from each of the four (4) wards and to be residents in the wards from which elected, and the remaining three (3) to be elected from the Municipality at large. 2010 Regular Council Meeting Schedule: Council meets twice a month on the first and third Mondays of the month. If the first or third Monday is an observed legal holiday, the meeting is held on the next following business day. Meetings begin at 8:00 p.m. and are held in Council Chamber, located in the Communications Center at 13213 Pearl Road.
Council meetings are televised live on the government channel, cable channel 21. The public is invited to attend and participate!
