Be sure to view our other pages frequently for current information about your City Council. ************************************************ The legislative powers of the municipality, except as otherwise provided by the Charter of the City of Strongsville and the Constitution of the State of Ohio, shall be vested in a Council of seven (7) members; four (4) members to be elected, one (1) from each of the four (4) wards and to be residents in the wards from which elected, and the remaining three (3) to be elected from the Municipality at large.
