STRONGSVILLE CITY COUNCILThe next Regular Council Meeting will be held on Monday, September 15, 2008 at 8:00 p.m.***Beginning Monday, July 7, 2008, until further notice, City Council will hold its meetings in the Communications Center, 13213 Pearl Road, during the renovation of the Police/Municipal facility.***The legislative powers of the municipality, except as otherwise provided by the Charter of the City of Strongsville and the Constitution of the State of Ohio, shall be vested in a Council of seven (7) members; four (4) members to be elected, one (1) from each of the four (4) wards and to be residents in the wards from which elected, and the remaining three (3) to be elected from the Municipality at large. 2008 Regular Council Meeting Schedule: Council meets twice a month on the first and third Mondays of the month. If the first or third Monday is a legal holiday, the meeting is held on the next following business day. Meetings begin at 8:00 p.m. and are held in Council Chambers located behind the police station at 18688 Royalton Road. Council meetings are televised live on the government channel, cable channel 21. The public is invited to attend and participate!
