A total body conditioning featuring movements that impact the heart and strengthening exercises to increase muscle mass and bone density.
Salsacise is a fun, low impact workout that uses a combination of Latin dance and traditional class moves that are easy to follow. Join us for some fun and a great workout!

Tai Chi is a series of sequential, low impact movements that safely and gently gives your body a wonderful workout. This ancient art is an excellent stress management tool that also increases vitality, balance and flexibility.
Rhythm and Movement
Tuesdays 9:00 – 10:00am
Betty’s back, bringing her aerobic and exercise experience to the Senior Center. This class includes simple moves and steps using a variety of rhythmic music. Move at your own pace, while using a full range of motion; all set to motivating and energizing music. Drop in Tuesdays, Thursdays or both.
